AARC's Rosh Chodesh Minyan is a contemplative monthly prayer gathering that marks the new moon through learning, art, liturgy, and a little harp music. Each month Rav Gabrielle offers a brief teaching on the spiritual quality traditionally associated with each Hebrew month and gently weaves that theme into a morning prayer service. To deepen the experience, she creates a unique illuminated siddur for each gathering, featuring the work of selected artists -- offering an additional visual and meditative pathway into prayer, reflection, and intention for the month ahead.
